I’ve added a Talon grip to mine, which really helps with control during rapid fire. A must for anyone wanting better handling!
What texture did you choose? I’ve heard the rubberized version is quite comfortable!
I went with the granulate texture for better purchase, but the rubberized is also very nice for comfort. It’s a personal preference!
Has anyone tried customizing the internal components for performance? I’m curious if any changes affect reliability.
I’ve swapped out the recoil spring for a heavier one. It felt a bit smoother, but I didn’t notice much of a difference in reliability.
That’s interesting! I’m wondering if there are risks with changes to the internals. Has anyone had any issues with them?
I don’t want to stir the pot, but aftermarket modifications can void warranties. Just be cautious if you’re changing internals!

Haha, true! I showed my friend my modded Shield, and he joked about me needing a mortuary license for how much I’ve changed it! But seriously, it’s been great!
