What type of lures do you recommend for bass? Should I go with soft plastics or something like crankbaits?

For lures, I’d say both soft plastics and crankbaits are solid choices! But if the water is stained, crankbaits can often attract more attention. Remember to experiment with colors based on the time of day.

As a matter of fact, I prefer using a Texas rig with soft plastics around the cover. It allows for a more stealthy approach, which can be key, especially in clear water conditions.
