That sounds frustrating, robert69! Did you try contacting their customer service? I’ve heard they are quite responsive.
I did email them, and they offered to replace the boots, which was nice. But it still made me reconsider their long-term durability.
I’ve had mine for two seasons, and they look brand new! Just make sure to treat them well, like storing them properly.
For maintenance, do you all think it’s better to hang them up or store them flat? I’d hate to ruin their shape.

Hanging them is the way to go, burnsandrew! It keeps them in good shape and helps them dry out fully after a day on the water.
I wish I could hang mine! My garage is too cluttered. I guess I’ll just have to wing it for now! 
We’ve all been there! Sometimes you just have to make space for your gear. Reflecting on this, it shows how maintenance can vary for each user.

I love the vibram soles! They grip well on wet rocks. But if you can, make sure to check for wear regularly. It can sneak up on you!
