I have a pair and they’ve been great except for the soles wearing out quickly. I wish they lasted longer!
That’s interesting, I’ve had the opposite experience! My Timberlands have been super durable, but maybe it depends on the model.
What model do you have? I might look into a different one for better durability.
I have the Timberland PRO series. They are designed specifically for heavy-duty use and have been very resilient.
That’s the one I heard good things about! I’m thinking of switching to that from my old pair. Any extra care tips?
Definitely, I use a silicone spray for waterproofing, and it’s important to let them air out after work instead of stuffing them in a bag. It helps prevent odors too!
That’s good advice! I’m sure my boots would last longer if I aired them out instead of tossing them in my trunk.
I’ve also tried the Caterpillar brand, but they didn’t hold up as well for me. Anyone else had issues?
I had a similar experience with Caterpillar boots! They felt great but lost their integrity too soon. What a bummer.
Just a reminder to rotate your boots if you have multiple pairs. It helps with wear and makes them last longer!
