Looking for the Best Low Priced Game Camera - Any Recommendations?

In my experience, the Moultrie does pretty well at night but not the best. You might want to check out the Browning Strike Force if night clarity is crucial for you; it’s a bit pricier but worth it!

I’ve always heard great things about Browning! But does anyone else find their customer service lacking? I had a mixed experience when I reached out to them.

I feel you, @bfitzgerald. Their products are great, but the customer service can be hit or miss. I had to wait ages for a replacement part once. Still, I’m happy with my Browning camera.

Glad to see I’m not alone! On a side note, I chuckled at some of the action shots I got of raccoons—absolute chaos! Gotta love wildlife.

Definitely, @cmcdonald! Those raccoon shots must be hilarious! I’ve had a few funny ones too. But really, they often get into trouble at night—watch out for those sneaky critters!

I’ve learned to mount my camera in a high spot. It keeps it out of the raccoons’ reach! Also, consider weatherproofing it with a camera box, as rain can ruin your shots.

That’s a good tip! What’s everyone’s go-to mounting option? I want something easy to install but secure.

I’ve had great luck with cameras from Amazon. They often have discounted options, and if you’re a Prime member, shipping is free! Just check their ‘Deals’ section for daily discounts.

That’s a solid recommendation, Emily! I recently found some budget-friendly options at Walmart. Their clearance section sometimes has game cameras for under $50!

I usually check out local sporting goods stores. They sometimes run sales on game cameras, and you can avoid shipping costs. Plus, you can see the camera in person!

Absolutely! I found my current game camera at Dick’s Sporting Goods on sale. It’s worth checking their website for coupons, too.

Don’t forget about eBay! You can find some excellent deals on used or refurbished game cameras. Just make sure to check seller ratings before buying.

Good point! I’ve also seen some Facebook Marketplace listings for game cameras. It’s a good idea to negotiate directly with sellers too!

I just bought a game camera from Best Buy during a flash sale. It was $20 off! Make sure to sign up for their email alerts to catch similar deals.

That’s awesome! I always miss out on flash sales. How do you find out about them so quickly?

I wonder if any of the outdoor magazines have coupons for game camera brands? Sometimes they partner with retailers and offer exclusive discounts.

That’s an interesting idea, Paul! I would check websites like Outdoor Life or Field & Stream for potential deals.

Looking for a low-priced game camera feels like hunting for the Holy Grail! But I agree, shopping locally can sometimes yield surprises.

Haha, so true! I guess we should be using our own cameras to document this quest!

In the end, just research a little to find the best prices. Sometimes, you find gems in unexpected places. Good luck with your search!
