It holds up quite well in low light. I’ve used mine during twilight and still managed to see clearly. Just make sure you have a steady setup.
I find it’s also very effective for stargazing! The clarity of detail is impressive, especially with distant celestial objects.

Using a solid tripod makes a world of difference! I attached mine to a high-end tripod, and it really helped with stability while looking at star fields.

I wonder if the weight of the scope affects its portability for hiking. It seems a bit bulky for long treks.
It is on the heavier side, but once you get used to it, carrying it becomes less of a hassle, especially when you realize the view you get!
I took mine on a recent canoe trip, and it was a blast! Just gotta watch out for splashes.

Vortex has one of the best warranties! Their VIP warranty covers almost everything, as long as you don’t drop it from a cliff… well, unless you’re into that kind of thing!
